NRD, LLC, held their first Asia Sales Conference, March 7 & 8, 2018 in Singapore, with the goal of sharing insights and new product information with the distributors and representatives, as well as NRD employees from various countries in the Asia Pacific region. Attendees came from Singapore, China, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines and South Korea.
John Glynn II, Director of Sales, Marketing and Product Development opened the conference stressing the importance of the Asia Pacific region to NRD. He highlighted that this meeting “was an opportunity for NRD to strengthen partnerships and collaboration, enabling the entire team to deliver improved ESD solutions and overall value to our customers.”
Over the course of two-days, Gary Moose, CEO of NRD, LLC, and Mr. Glynn discussed a variety of topics including cutting-edge ionization technology for the next generation, new NRD ionizer product overviews and applications, and alpha technology awareness.
Asia Area Sales Manager, Benedick Chanas, shared “The NRD Asia Sales conference was organized to bring all Asia Pacific region distributors together to learn NRD’s future strategies and share their value for the different countries. The conference provided ideas and how they could be leveraged based on success stories from the NRD sales and marketing teams.”
Feedback provided by attendees stated how they left with more knowledge about NRD solutions, products, and applications. They also noted excitement for the new corona ionizer products and feedback sensor and gained an improved understanding about the different regulatory requirements and customer input.
Chanas concluded, “We believe our meeting objectives were achieved based on the actual engagement and feedback the participants provided at the end of the conference.”
